Thank you for shopping at Heaven’s Signature. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, whether you’re purchasing essentials for your baby or booking a beauty service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns – Products (Maternity, Baby, Wigs & Extensions)

You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • The item is not a clearance or final sale item
  • For wigs: lace must be uncut, and the hair must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed)

To initiate a return:
Please email us at info@heavenssignature.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

💡 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

4. Hair & Beauty Services

We do not offer refunds for hair services (braiding, wig installation, styling) once the service has been provided. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not happy with your experience, please contact us within 24 hours at info@heavenssignature.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

⚠️ No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos if possible. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
